I cannot recommend Kylie enough. From the moment she met our pets, it was clear how naturally sweet and attentive she is. Our animals immediately gravitated toward her which, if you knew our fur children you’d understand just how meaningful that is. We trusted Kylie with our elderly dog, who requires medications and extra care, and she handled everything and did so with compassion. Our dog was comfortable, safe, and cared for exactly the way we would have done it ourselves. Kylie understands what it means to be an animal parent. She goes out of her way to mirror your routines and matches your standards. She told us if our dog ate his foods better if she had to stand on her head and serve him she would ha! That level of thoughtfulness brought peace of mind while we were away. She also brought my pup to my wedding so he could be in pictures and the ceremony! On top of that, when we had an unexpected issue with our trip, Kylie stepped up without hesitation. Which showed professionalism, and genuine kindness and reliability. Knowing Kylie is with our pets allows us to truly relax and we feel at ease every single time. She is someone you can wholeheartedly trust with your animals! Kylie was absolutely wonderful with all of our animals! From the very beginning, she made us feel completely comfortable and confident leaving our dogs and cats in her care. Our dog is very shy so Kylie made sure to come over for a meet and greet to get our dog comfortable with her. Knowing our pets were so well loved and taken care of allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment of our wedding day!! She went above and beyond sending updates and pictures.
